Michigan State Men's Club Hockey
will hold a summer conditioning camp at Munn Ice Arena on Friday
August 1, and Saturday August 2, 2008. Prospective players
are encouraged to attend, but attendance is not mandatory to try
out for the team in September. Attendees at the camp do
not need to be enrolled at MSU to participate.
Due to increases in ice cost we
will have to raise the price for the camp to $100, including
lunch and all activities. Lodging for Friday evening
is not included.
Participants should bring workout
clothing and athletic shoes in addition to their hockey
equipment.

8/2/2008, 10:00 am - 12:00 am - Off ice, Munn Field
12:00 pm - Lunch (Provided)
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm - On Ice, Munn Ice Arena

will hold tryouts for the 2008-2009 campaign on the following
dates:
Monday September 15, 6:45 - 8:45
pm
Tuesday September 16, 9:30 - 11:00 pm
Wednesday September 17, 7:45 - 9:15 pm
Thursday September 18, 10:45 pm - 12:15 am
All current MSU students in good
standing are welcome to attend tryouts. The cost for
each tryout skate is $15.
Additionally the team will hold conditioning skates on the
following dates:
Tuesday September 2
Thursday September 4
Tuesday September 9
Thursday September 11
Attendance at the conditioning
skates is not required, but strongly recommended. The cost
for each conditioning skate is $15.

MSU defenseman Jeff Marley (#15) scored at 2:49 of the
first overtime period to lift the Spartans to their second national
championship in three years. MSU and Davenport University traded
goals during regulation, with MSU on top in OT by a score of
5-4.
Spartan goaltender Justin Sand (#29)
was named tournament MVP.
The Spartans thank all their fans
and supporters during the season for all their help throughout
the year.
